Standard Products

Stock safety signs and physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in unused, original condition with original packaging.

Custom-Printed Products

Custom signs and printed products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or contain a printing error on our part. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email sales@deskbees.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days
3. If approved, ship the items back to our Hyderabad warehouse (return shipping charges apply)
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned goods

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same or equivalent product value. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
